Katsina State is set to record another milestone in its education sector with the commissioning of the Radda Model Smart School, a landmark project and one of the signature achievements of Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda’s administration.
The Radda Model Smart School is one of three Smart Schools established by the state government under its broader agenda to modernize the education system and promote digital learning across Katsina State.
The school is specifically designed to cater for talented and gifted pupils, particularly those from underprivileged and disadvantaged backgrounds, by providing access to quality education, modern learning tools, and a supportive environment aimed at nurturing future leaders.
The commissioning ceremony is scheduled to hold tomorrow, May 5, 2026, in Radda town. It will be performed by the Chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum and Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.
The project is described as a transformative investment in the education sector aimed at repositioning learning outcomes in the state.
